This is the culmination of our ability to examine hedorigineity within populations with single self sequency. There's still bit of a ways to go, but i can't wait for the next generation of these spacial transcriptomic technologies that are going to give us an even greater edge in all our studies. If your resolution can go down to the single cell level when it comes to these spatial transcryptomic studies, then perhaps we can figure out even more unique markers and pathways i can utilize to make our ss better in invitra.
