When I was working for the company I worked for from like 2016 to 2018, like, that company wasn't thinking about an e-commerce strategy to sell their medical devices. And I'm like, hey, like, we can sell these things over the internet way more effective, way better data, way easier for customers. It's also some of the highest, margin, most scalable products and people buy them in volume. Why wouldn't we do this? These are the things like to actually think like a CEO and be able to think and read the book by Michael Porter and a couple other ones on like classical business strategy.
