Creating a Culture of Virtue Signalling Around Processes
In start of culture or corpo culture all over the world, the only thing that matters is outputs. So if you have a culture of people who are virtue signalling about process, well, the creative types may be stunted in terms of their potential in your organization. I think this is the biggest mistake we made, which was not proortizing and holding people accountable to results. And i can't tell you how important a mishift this has been for organization.
