The Different Approaches to Trans Individuals
Some states are trying to ban children from seeing sexually explicit performances. Arkansas passed a bill that just had to do with sexual explicit performers, not drag performers. It's kind of difficult when you're trying to create a law that prohibits drag performers or let's say you want to ban drag time story hour. And Republican legislatures who have been the ones pushing these bills have struggled to find the right language for them.
