The CIA had somehow been recording when he was at the Ecuadorian embassy. And they'd been recording all the visits he had had even from legal counsel. The security company that was supposed to be protecting Julian, they were turned against him. This is a political persecution that's sort of emanated from the Pompeo CIA.
