Pastoral Burnout - The Three Vital Things in Standing Standing for the Lord
The three vital things in standing remaining standing for the lord are conviction, conduct and character. A spiritual leader's care for his family is crucial because his conduct is best seen by those who see what he's like when no one else is around. Because they see his integrity, they support and strengthen ministry. Lots of pastors leave the try because they lack character. Others leave voluntarily. It's called pastoral burnout or exhaustion.
