The main thing to point out is that when governments and developers in the real estate industry immediately go to supply as the dors of the housing crisis, there's a reasong reason for that. We absolutely should be building more homes and increasing supply of housing. But no one wants to talk about the fact that property investors are the worst of both worlds. They increase the demand for housing ause they want to buy fuck loads of houses, even though they don't live in them. And they restrict the supply by buying up houses that other people can't
