What Makes a Good Coach?
A good coach should help you through this process they know the physiology and if you have questions about it they should be able to explain it to you. They will understand the trifecta of feeling and heart rate and power and all those nuances of how to execute well certain intervals. I'm not necessarily saying that everybody should go out and hire a coach personally but if you're really focused on getting better or just sort of in that cliche way tapping into your best self squeezing out the last drop of performance from yourself then a coach is important.
