The Balance Between the Field and the Tech Teams

About 50 to 60% of our top 80 people in the company have crossed five years. Senior team, again, which is about 10 people are buying one or two almost every year's with a lot of six, seven years. A cheap product officer joined us seven years ago as junior folks and have risen to the right. So we love and like to encourage folks who kind of been with us to take care of them.
