The first revolution against the national government which instituted the cultural government was led by Mao. He mobilized about 10 or 11 million young people what to do with them he sent them to the countryside so they were all scattered around the country because they become a threatYeah i'm sure it's power yeah and so it took took the red guards about three years to finish the jobso all the power was taken all the government the CCP institution destroyed.
