How to Get Rid of Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health Warning Signals

You've got to deal with the impact on your body and brain, but you've got to find the source. And so just don't see warning signals as bad. See them as messengers telling you something. The minute you shift that perspective, there's a lot of research including mine that will show you that you will then get control. When you get control, you increase your soft regulation. You are basically mind managing and you're becoming powered to deal with that issue.
