"i walk a lot each day, a part of my routine out my goals," she says. "The next day i woke up and i felt pretty great,. And that's one of the cool things about walking, is it, it's a low impact activity you know, it's really a kind of what our bodies are made to do." 'I wouldn't recommend you going out right away and walking 52 miles, but you might be able to push your limits,' he adds.
