Health system weaknesses, inadequate infrastructure in inefficient distribution of antivenoms. Cycle of consequences driven by low investment in procurement, poor quality, and specificity of some antivenomy which erodes sales,. drives down production, curtails profitability, drives up prices, and drives down accessibility.
