Do I Think DeFi Should Be Legal?

FTX's SPF advocated for the base layer, the smart contract layer to remain permissionless and decentralized. He also called on exchanges to kind of say, hey, this is what a security is and what it's not. And then he talked about tokenized equities. Do I think that's where FTX's business is going? Yes. The whole idea of DeFi is that you've got these backends, and you can basically use it as a widget, like a Lego.
