I think one of the biggest obstacles is getting your first interview for your first job. I had to apply it up maybe I think out of 400 that I applied to in junior year, I got one callback. It's so hard because you have no real job experience yet on your resume. Sometimes you don't always necessarily need a major internship. For CS, if you want to get into the big dogs, you've for sure need an internship. There's this concept called FANG, F-A-A-N-G, which is like the top big companies to apply to.
