Sahar Habib Ghazi visits a community organisation that's making a difference. They work directly with disenfranchised climate change-impacted cotton pickers in Pakistan. A lot of them had never been to school, they're being taught basic math so that they can negotiate. We used to respond to the bosses with silence, but now we're students with the Sohai Centre.We've heard about lots of factors, so what can be done to make sure that extreme weather doesn't widen the gender gap even further?
