Getting Back to the Activity That You Need to Deal With
If you have a super hot nerve root, it's not moving at all. Just start out with some deep breathing to get that pairof sympathetic system going and get the nerve sliding just a little bit until they can tolerate some of the higher level nerve flossing. The sciatic nerve runs between the foot and ankle which is creating movement through the joints as well if you're sitting on an elevated bench or whatever. And then we touchd on flossing for the upper extremity, haven't the arm out a elbow extended, wrists extended, and the heads kind of machine where the hand is going?
