The Relationship Between the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager

Recruiters will use a lot of linkton recruiter. They might even be able to use git hub as a way to find talent. Sometimes there's local job boards. I think they have built in chicago and a bunch of other cities where the they have job boards that you can apply to. So i think those are tools that recruiters are using to identify, reach out and engage with talent.
