Google has more sophware engineers working on products than there have been s r es. The overwhelming majority of, let's call the micro services at google, do not have assareon call for them. So even in many of those on call rotations, we are co on call with our developers. It gives you a really vicerale sense of the health of your systems when you're the one carrying the pager for them.
