E luke's big picture ideas are enormously geopolitical in nature. The europeans were very adimate that they didn't want such secondary sanctions, cause they wanted the indians and the chinese to by those oil barrels. There is a mechanism by which we could have taken indian companies buying russian oil to qart. And there's a reason for that, because it's kind of a farce. I think i agree hundred % with luke, like, there's a lot here that has to do with european sovereignty, you know, and european like integration.
