The tiramisu overnight recipe from our app is so good because there's decaf coffee in it. i've been putting double scoops of protein powder in my smoothies lately reaching like 45-50 grams of protein in my protein shake. We do recommend like 35 grams a day in in the morning for women with pcos just to help with the insulin sensitivityhelp you feel full and everything but because i'm lifting heavier and i really want to like retain my lean muscle i have boosted my protein intake  to make sure that i'm hitting around 130 grams a day yeah.
