Is Apple Watch Tracking Activity Minutes?

Apple is adding a lot of new features to their smart ring. But for me, and inart and them adding the the monthly fee that's kind of a newer thing. I think they just start adding this earlier this year with the with the latest softwar. And so, like, they're giving you all this tracking, but yet you're buying the ring, and then you're paying per month for you to access your own health day toether. Which i find fid ou o the right.
