The SEC Resets the Cryptocurrency Industry
The properties have been tokenized for the last four or five years. They've been issuing their tokens on what are called the public blockchains, layer ones. The issue with nodes is that you don't know who owns the node and who's going to benefit from verifying transactions. So it's almost like trading shares in a REIT versus a syndication.
