You can make the same amount of food. with about one one hundredth of the resources of a comparable crop. That also translates into, you know, one % of the carbon emissions as well. I read a that it was the original source of food for all animals. And then this really caught my eye. It produces most of the oxygen in the air we breathed to day. Is that is that possible? Yes, that's correct.
