Is There a Network Effect in Remote Working?
If i'm an employer and i want to hire people, and i don't offer remote working, i'm probably going to lose like, 30 to forty % of the potential hiring pool. That's a signal of a network effect. Part two, this is where there's a lot more of an unknown. What happens when some of these people start moving out into the suburbs or further away? And what happens if kind of still weird to meet up in person?
