Jury selection was difficult because of extensive media coverage. At least 12 potential jurors were dismissed because they acknowledged strong feelings about the case. Ritten house is on trial for fatally shooting two men and wounding a third, with an issue with her pregnancy. The identities of the 18 members of the jury have been sealed and kept anonymous. A second juror was dismissed last week after making a joke following the verdict.
