The Challenge of Being a Contrarian
Jeff Bezos has a great quote about this: It's easy to be contrarian. The real challenge is the banditering overlap of right and different. And do you think it takes a misfit to launch a Falcon 9, for instance, to do something super ambitious like that? Yeah. I mean, at the time, your friends are going to tell you you're crazy. When I make a new investment, I really want half of my phone for a DC's to think I'm a bit crazy and like laugh at the investment.
