That means that you're not able to fully commit your attention and focus to project b. The more projects you're switching between, the more overwhelmed you can feel as a result. So make a list of all o your current projects. Then clean up the list and make sure it's divided by work and personal projects. Chances are you've got a lot over your professional projects than your personal ones.
