Kiev: Surprisingly Peaceful, Surprisingly Calm

There are these stories circulating in Ukraine. Some of them promoted by sort of pro-Russian elements, but mostly just rumors that people are being seized on the street and taken off to recruitment centers. I don't really see any evidence that this happened in Ukraine so just they don't really need to at this stage. The only plausible reports I've seen of people being being press ganged into the army are that in certain areas where you have these corrupt recruitment offices which will take money for protection.
