Governments Are Promoting Tourism and Exportation of Labor

The amount of remittances world wide from people in developing countries has reached 351 billion dollars. And governments are promoting, ah, theyre, theyre nationals, to go abroad to work. But when they recruit people in these villages have no idea if this is a formal arrangement organized by the government or if this is a black market agent under the table who's going to bring across the border and give them a real job. The question i always want to raise is, are these children trafficked? This is a dilemma. If we just wait define which one of these kids or trafficked, it's kind of too late. So somehow i feel we really need to to turn it around
