The Story Behind Babushka Zed
Babushka zed is a mix of grandmother in russian, with a zed referring to the symbol of the military campaign. She has been depicted in murals, sculptures, postcards, songs were dedicated to her. The most famous statue of her was anvilled in mariupo ukranan city which was almost totally ruined by a russian army. We tracked her down and we talked to her - she told us that her act was not political. In her ideal future, ukrane lives in peace and love with russia and delarus,. like in old soviet s when she was young.
