Finding the Limits
I enjoy finding the limits of am my body and my mind, says Kile. I'm not as good as others about stantly kind of stretching and driving different sports,. although i am interested in it a running, for me, has also a very nice efficiency to it. There's only so much you can do with it. It takes quite a toll on your body. You could go out and you caln bicrite for five hours and be fine. You can't really run for five hours. M, i mean, you can, but, you know, you're not going to be able to work afterwards. We'll run the next day. Amand maybe over all
