The Importance of Having a Project Manager
It took our marketing organization when I when I was at Maven link, it took us like, I don't know eight years to eventually get somebody who was like project management oriented. It was like, we're all trying to like haphazardly manage each other like at our projects. Once we had somebody who was tasked with it, stuff started to move along a lot faster and there was like clarity. And I cannot advocate enough for organizations having somebody responsible for that.
