i have no scientific data behind the sleep mind set, but it works for us, yo. The other one is with eating. You start noticing it very early on, just subtle cues and things we say to reinforce this mind set that the vegetables are less tasty than the cooki. It's not like it doesn't matter how the food's prepared, or how good the quality is or what it tastes like. It's all in your head. And there're things that you can do in your environment to help reinforce a mind set that's useful.
