The Prophet SallAllahu Al-A'am's Journey to Medina

The Prophet SallAllahu Al-A'am took an oath with Abu-Jahal that they would not support him against the people of Badriyun. The Ummah then tried to kill, in fact killed multiple companions who had taken part in Be'ah to Allah, Qaba and Athania. Now, look at how honorable the Prophet does not relinquish his ethics no matter how vulnerable he is. He says: "It's more honorable that you honor your oath even to a man like Abu-jahal"
