Is There a Positive Way to Spend That Money?

Both the numbers for Democrats and Republicans are getting worse in the last few years. So I tended to see those stats as the most negative in this survey because the difference was so big between them. They say, yeah, but don't apply your science to questions that I have an emotional or ideological opinion about, you just stay in the lab and shut up. That's problematic too.
