I think people do it to be kind don't they in terms of well it's just a few changes we're looking at. Then actually it's like blimey this is this is big and to go away with that on your own that's tough yeah. There was a little bit of a shenanigans happening on that committee because of interpersonal dynamics that I was not privy to right and I learned the hard way. You know you hear these horror stories unfortunately I'm one of the statistics I find myself in this very odd range of being a statistic sometimes that's good and other times it's not so great no no!
