The Meaning of Scripture

Pope Edith 16th and maybe people have read this, I hope they have. He wrote that trilogy, well sort of two books and then a small book on infancy but the story of Jesus of Nazareth. It strikes me there, he's someone who grew up in a Protestant world in a Lutheran kind of world. So when he writes his life of Jesus, he's doing it from both these together. That's such a Catholic way to do things. And also related to how we understand scripture in general.
