Kelsey: Are you now reducing your whirlpool uh hop charge or are you reducing the the dry hop charge to compensate for this? Kelsey: I think it's the more more more for the kilos. The beer was kind of our we were starting to really hone in on some new ways to brew west coast IPA and this was very early like 2020 late 2019.
