Are We in a Small Talk Crisis?

We don't get the same psychological and emotional benefits when we dost, you know, respond to a text or like a post on social media. So many people are feeling kind of very socially awkward, not knowing what to say. The generation younger than me is the most medicated, the most socially anxious, having the least amount of sex. Is that connected to the importance of small talk? I think it can be. As two sex too much, i got a igt of practice with professor wells's instructions. She really made small talk seem important. It made me realize that maybe even i could get a little better at it.
