Lars von Trier: All our suffering and all our unhappiness is a product of how our minds are in every moment. And so if there's a way to use the mind itself to improve one's capacity for moment to moment well being, which i'm convinced there is, then this should be potentially of interest to everybody. Is it safe to say that the meditation that you most frequently recommend to novices? Is pas meditation? Or is that adistoce gotit)? Wha. Why is that? I mean, i ihave experimented with a number of different techniques but Meditation has a few obvious strengths that e are actually not shared by any other technique i know of
