There's some of that going on where the satire is either trying too hard or not trying hard enough from a style perspective. The reason that you come back to this book is because it makes you think through what language actually means as well as how ideas spread when I told you about riffing on memes  that's not not related in a weird way if only because it's like how you pass around any sort of intellectual idea"
