Maxine Waters on the House of Representatives

"I don't want somebody like Maxine Waters living in the house of representatives for 32 years. I want congressmen to actually have to live in the real world and obey the laws that they pass," he said. "If they just live there for the whole life they never really subjected to all of the rules and regulations that they subject everyone else to."
