Did Seaburg Have an Affair With a Black Panther Party Member?

The FBI got wind that Seaburg was having an affair with a member of the Black Panther Party in Los Angeles. The stress of this eventually drove her to suicide and I believe it was a decade before it publicly came out. They still haven't admitted a lot with Co-and-Tow Pro, but they generally just don't answer the questions.
