The cold war was about two super powers and no other power could match them. And that dictated the shape of the gpolitical order. Despite all the wars still being fought for inasia, r in africa, et cetera, the cod war was a remarkably stable period er. The servit union in the united states actually much more stable. A global economy that functioned well was instructedm in defiance, in a sense, of the existence of this terrible weapon.
