The End of the Outrock Era
"There's no point in being in this business. I'm going to find some fun in it," Kurt Cobain told "This is Life with David Letterman" when he ended his life last year. The Nirvana frontman was a big part of the outrock era on MTV, which has since been overtaken by more mainstream acts like Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys. He says there are always tea pop and tea pop acts but they're not closely related to good anything else.
