The Geological Column by Creation
If i go out my back door here in tennessee, on the edge of the cumberland plateau, and take a core out of that right yo, am i going to find the geologic column? If you were to drill down into the rocks the crust, you know, there in tenn Tennessee, you would see part of the geological column. We don't see the whole column in in one place. But we can piece together the geological column as this composite by filling in the missing interval in one local column by the rocks which are being deposited somewhere else during that time interval.
