Do You Have Routines for Class Room Management?
In my first class this year with my youngest group, i had a couple of students who were pushing the boundaries. There was a couple of interactions that were just didn't sit that well with me. So if you do have rules and expectations, which we all have, routines for class room management, let them come in gradually. Don't try and get them all on the first day. Maybe a few the important ones happen day one or two, and then a few more the next day. And some other stuff happened in the class, and i had to speak to two students after class.
