In the book, you talk about how there were these very intractable approaches to clear cutting, tree planting and pessicide spraying. Can you speak a bit about this domination model that you were up against? I think that we can trace it back hundred of years, even before darwin. And i kind of intuited that it was because we were creating these for that were so different from where they came.
