Exercise Is Good for the Immune System
I think what this pendemic situation has really exposed, and you can see this country to country, is its exasperated existing health crises that exist. So if you look at a country like the usa, perfect example, or even the u k, or many western countries, the obesity rates are through the roof. And again, people just want to talk about vaxed verses unvexed, but we're not talking about healthy verses, not healthy. It should be a nobrayine for poan authorities to encourage people to get outside and exercise. We still have to do live healthy for because of colevaste disease and ibedis and cancer and those things.
